Terms & Conditions – Affiliate Commission Structure
1. Scope of Commission Eligibility
This affiliate commission structure is exclusively
applicable to sales made through the official website of Health Is Wealth via
the affiliate’s unique referral link.
2. Website Sales Only
o Only
transactions completed directly on our website using the affiliate's referral
link are eligible for commission.
o Sales
made through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, retail
partners), offline channels, or any other non-website platforms are not
eligible for affiliate commissions under this program.
3. Referral Tracking
o All
referrals must be tracked using our approved affiliate tracking system (e.g.,
cookies, UTM parameters, or affiliate ID).
o If a
customer disables cookies or the referral is not tracked due to user/browser
behavior, Health Is Wealth will not be held responsible for missed commissions.
4. Commission Slabs
o Commission
slabs are calculated based on the total monthly value of confirmed website
sales referred by the affiliate.
o The
applicable commission rate is applied to the entire monthly sales volume, not
just the slab difference.
5. Payment Timeline
o Commissions
will be paid out after the return/refund window has expired (typically 15–30
days from the sale).
o Payments will be processed monthly, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.
6. Policy Changes
o Health
Is Wealth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate
commission structure or its terms at any time, with or without notice.
7. Fraudulent or Misleading Activity
o Any
attempt to manipulate or game the system (e.g., self-referrals, fake orders)
will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of
commissions
How It Works:
- Commission is calculated on the entire amount based on the
slab you reach (not just the amount within that slab).
- Sales volume is
tracked monthly and resets at the beginning of each month.
- Once a new tier is hit, the higher rate is retroactively applied to all sales for that month.
